2 · The Service

Darkseat provides AI-generated text and image content depicting fictional adult companions. All characters, voices, and imagery are entirely fictional and produced by generative models. No real persons are depicted.

3 · Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Generate content depicting minors or anyone you know in real life
• Generate content depicting real, identifiable persons without authorization
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or impersonate any person
• Attempt to bypass safety controls, rate limits, or authentication
• Resell, scrape, or redistribute generated content commercially

4 · Accounts & Credits

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Credits purchased on the platform are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits do not expire while your account is active.

5 · Content Ownership

You retain a non-exclusive license to use AI-generated outputs you create for personal, non-commercial purposes. Darkseat retains all rights to the underlying models, characters, and platform.

6 · Disclaimer

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Darkseat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7 · Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason, with or without notice.

8 · Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
